Project Facilitator

  • Communication with client throughout the project.
  • Ordering and co-ordinating product delivery to site.
  • Liaison with suppliers, manufacturers and tradespeople.

Product Specifications

  • Selection of appliances, bathroomware, furniture, fixtures, flooring, textiles, paint and colours.
  • Specification of all cabinet and surface finishes for kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.
  • Selection and planning of lighting.

Concept Plans

  • Floor Plans showing room layout, appliance placement, and cabinetry.
  • Dimensioned Elevations showing cabinetry, storage & worktops.
  • Services showing electricity, plumbing, gas and lighting layouts.

Estimates & Contracts

  • While the majority of my work is from concept to completion, i.e. a turn-key service, I can accommodate staged projects or provide an estimate of design costs for an exterior or interior colour scheme, a kitchen/bathroom design or the manufacture of window treatments and the re-upholstery of furniture.
